Administration

Ms. Julie Duncan joined District 155 as the Student Services Coordinator at Crystal Lake Central High School in 2007.  She assumed the role of Coordinator of Off Campus Programs and administrator of Haber Oaks Campus in 2015.

Ms. Duncan received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Evansville. Her graduate degrees include a Master of Science in Education with a major in guidance and counseling and well as a Educational Specialist in school administration with a type 75 certification from Eastern Illinois University.  Duncan’s husband is an area administrator and together they have three children.
